Genuine email record

Copy us in, and we’ll vouch for your real emails

Add your private SummitShield address to the Bcc of the emails you send. We keep each one on record as genuine. When an exhibitor later forwards one of them to check, they’re told straight away that it’s really yours.

The problem

Genuine emails get doubted too

Once people know there are scams about, they get wary. That’s good, but it means your real invoices, deadlines and venue updates get questioned, delayed or ignored.

The best answer to “is this you?” is a quick, confident “yes”, without anyone on your team having to dig out the original.

How it works

4 simple steps

1

Get your private address

It’s in your portal, and only for your company.

2

Add it to Bcc

On the emails that matter. Newsletter tools work too.

3

We keep them on record

Proved as yours, and listed in your Outbox.

4

Checks say “genuine”

Instantly, whenever anyone forwards a copy.

Your real emails, on record

Everything you copy us into appears in your Outbox once we’ve confirmed it came from you. From then on, the same email forwarded by anyone gets a clear, immediate answer: this is really from the organiser.

  • Works with Outlook, Gmail and newsletter tools
  • Nothing for your recipients to do
  • Pairs with stamps for your most important emails

Venue change, a week out

The organiser emails every exhibitor about a change of loading bay, with their private address in Bcc. Twenty exhibitors, wary after a scam last year, forward it to the check address. Each gets an answer straight away: genuine, sent by the organiser this morning. Nobody calls the office.

Questions people ask

Is the private address the same for everyone?

No. Each company has its own, and we don’t publish it. Keep it to yourselves and your email tools.

Does it slow down my email?

No. It’s just one more address in Bcc. Your email goes out exactly as before.

What about emails I sent before signing up?

Only emails we’ve seen are on record. Start copying us in from now, and use stamps on the ones that ask people to pay.
