Quick Stamp app
Stamp your emails in two clicks, right where you write them
Quick Stamp puts SummitShield’s email stamps on your desktop and your phone. Pick the event, say what the email is for and copy the stamp into your message. When a scam lands in your own inbox, send it to us from the same app.

Quick Stamp: protection in two clicks
Most of SummitShield runs quietly in the background. The part your team touches every day is the Quick Stamp app. It sits on their computer or phone, stamps an important email before it goes, and takes a scam from their own inbox straight to you.
- Make a stamp and copy it into your email
- Drag in or paste a scam that reached you directly
- Installs from the browser on Windows, Mac, iPhone and Android
The problem
Protection only works if it gets used
Stamps are the best protection you can give an invoice or a payment reminder. But if stamping an email means logging into another system and finding the right page, it gets skipped on a busy afternoon, and that’s exactly the email a scammer copies.
Quick Stamp takes the friction away. It’s always one click from the email you’re writing, so stamping becomes a habit for everyone on your team, not a job for whoever remembers.
How it works
4 simple steps
Install it once
From your browser, on your computer or phone. No download, no IT ticket.
Make a stamp
Pick the event, say what the email is for, choose how long it lasts.
Copy it in
One click copies the stamp, ready to paste under your signature.
Spotted a scam?
Drop the email onto the app and it’s with us in seconds.
Lives on your computer like any other app
Install Quick Stamp from Chrome, Edge or Safari and it appears in your Start menu, Applications folder or Dock, and opens in its own small window beside your email. You sign in once with your SummitShield account. Your recent stamps are listed underneath, ready to copy again, even when you’re offline.
- Windows and Mac, in Chrome, Edge or Safari
- Opens in its own window, not a browser tab
- Remove it like any other app, any time
Send us a scam without leaving your desk
Scams don’t only arrive through your check page. When one turns up in your own inbox, drag the email from Outlook, Apple Mail or Thunderbird straight onto Quick Stamp, or paste it in. A strange phone call or text? Note the number and what they said. It goes straight to your SummitShield messages, checked like any other report, ready for you to decide.
- Drag in an email file, or paste it
- Calls and texts too, with the number they used
- On Android, share a suspicious message straight to the app
On your phone for the email you send on the move
Add Quick Stamp to your iPhone or Android home screen and you can stamp an email from the show floor, the train or the hotel lobby. It’s the same app, the same stamps and the same sign-in, sized for your thumb.
- iPhone: Share, then Add to Home Screen
- Android: Install app
- Share a stamp straight into any email app
Install it
On your desktop in under a minute
Open Quick Stamp, sign in with your SummitShield account, then:
Windows
In Chrome or Edge, press Install. Quick Stamp joins your Start menu and can be pinned to the taskbar.
Mac
In Chrome or Edge, press Install. In Safari, choose File, then Add to Dock. It lives in Applications.
iPhone and iPad
In Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. It opens full screen, like any app.
Android
In Chrome, tap Install app. It sits in your app drawer, and you can share messages to it.
Why it matters
An events team of five sends dozens of invoices and reminders in the month before a show. Before Quick Stamp, only the person who set SummitShield up stamped anything. With the app on everyone’s desktop, every invoice that leaves the accounts inbox carries a stamp, and when an exhibitor forwards a suspicious “updated bank details” email, the team drags it onto the app and the scam is confirmed within the hour.
Questions people ask
Do I need to download anything?
No. Quick Stamp is a web app you install from your browser. In Chrome or Edge, press Install; in Safari on a Mac, choose File then Add to Dock; on an iPhone, tap Share then Add to Home Screen; on Android, tap Install app.
Does it cost anything?
No. Like everything else in SummitShield, it’s free.
Who on my team can use it?
Anyone you’ve added to your SummitShield team. Each person signs in with their own account, so you can see who made each stamp.
Will it work with my email program?
Yes. The stamp pastes into Outlook, Gmail, Apple Mail and most other email programs, and into newsletter tools too.
