Scam alerts across events

When one event spots a scam, every event is protected

The same scammers target event after event, often with the same emails and only the name swapped. When a scam is confirmed at one event we protect, it’s recognised at all of them, and you get an early warning of what’s doing the rounds.

The problem

Scammers work the whole calendar

Hotel offers, attendee list sales and directory renewals go out to exhibitors at show after show. Each organiser fights them alone, usually after the damage is done.

If you knew what was hitting other events this week, you could warn your exhibitors before it reached them.

How it works

4 simple steps

1

A scam is confirmed

At any event we protect.

2

It’s recognised everywhere

Copies with the name changed are caught too.

3

You see what’s active

On your dashboard, and in a Monday summary if you like.

4

You warn people early

With a ready-made email for your exhibitors.

Caught before it reaches you

If someone forwards your exhibitor a scam that’s already been confirmed elsewhere, they’re told it’s a scam straight away, even if your team has never seen it. We never share which events were targeted, or anything private from their emails.

  • Shared protection, private details stay private
  • Reworded copies recognised too
  • Weekly early-warning summary, if you want it

The directory renewal

A “guide renewal” invoice is confirmed as a scam at a festival in Manchester. Three days later the same email, with a different show’s name, reaches an exhibitor at a trade fair in Birmingham. They forward it and are told at once it’s a known scam. The trade fair’s organiser never had to lift a finger.

Questions people ask

Do other organisers see my emails?

No. We only use what identifies a scam to catch it elsewhere. Nobody sees your messages, your exhibitors or which events were targeted.

How quickly does it work?

As soon as a scam is confirmed, it’s recognised for everyone.
